The Terms and Conditions that generally apply for the longer term outright rentals are:

• 6 to 12 month minimum term
• 1 to 4 bedroom properties
• One tenancy agreement per property

Agents usually require a 6 week deposit and you must pass a UK credit check or have surety when applying.
